Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences
  • Engage in activities with clients, such as conversation, reading, and games, to promote mental stimulation and social interaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, reporting any concerns or issues to the care team

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g., health and social care)
  • Experience working with elderly clients or in a care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
