About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver for Elderly Clients in Lichfield. As a Care Professional, you will provide companionship and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Provide transportation to appointments and outings

Requirements:

  • GCSE in history not required, but a passion for listening and learning is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and understanding when working with clients
