We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a CAREGiver in Lichfield and Tamworth. As a CAREGiver, you will provide non-medical support to help our clients maintain their independence in their own homes.
No Experience Necessary
You don't need any prior experience or qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, having experience in a care setting or interacting with older people would be beneficial. A genuine caring nature and the willingness to make a positive difference in someone's life are essential.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive hourly rate of £15.75, paid waiting time and travel time, a free DBS check, pension contribution, and a medical cash back programme worth up to £1500 per annum. You will also have access to our employee assistive programme and receive outstanding continuous training.
