Job Title: Care Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking an experienced and committed Care Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and dedication. You will work closely with our service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our service users, including personal care, medication administration, and complex care needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Medication Administration.
  • Personal Care.
  • Moving and Handling.
Desirable Skills:
  • PEG Feeding.
  • Tracheostomy Care.
  • Oxygen Management.
Working Hours:

We have part-time night shifts available, working 8pm - 8am, 2 shifts per week.

Pay Rates:

Competitive pay rates, including:

  • Weeknights: £13.50 per hour.
  • Saturdays: £14.00 per hour.
  • Sundays: £15.00 per hour.
  • Bank Holidays: £20.00 per hour.
