We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Analytics Lead to join our fast-growing data and analytics function at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will lead the Customer Analytics function through its next stage of growth and development.
About the RoleAs the Customer Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading a Customer Analytics team working on a range of projects across segmentation, regression, loyalty, and predictive analytics. You will have good hands-on experience as a customer analytics practitioner in your recent career and have strong experience relaying insight back to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience- Strong experience in the customer analytics/customer insight space
- Strong SQL experience
- Mentoring/line management experience (preferable)
- Competitive salary of £65,000-£75,000 (dependent on experience)
