About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team at Nomad Foods. As a key member of our Business Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Centre of Excellence team and Local Sales Managers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the backlog of change requests and scope and deliver continuous improvement to the system.
  • Lead the collection, understanding, documentation, and translation of business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
  • Assist in the production of business cases for development and implementation of business changes.
  • Provide business process design and documentation expertise, recommending business process and/or system improvements.
  • Test, implement, and train in systems, and facilitate system and user acceptance testing.
About You

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong background in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and excellent presenting skills. You will be presenting to very senior stakeholders globally.

  • 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience, covering both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and successful application of business analysis techniques.
  • Working with and delivering changes via 3rd party software providers.
