Business Systems Analyst

About the Role:
Nomad Foods is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Technology Business Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the delivery and ongoing exploitation of our Global Sales CRM capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, understanding, and documentation of business requirements for changes and projects into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
- Assist in the production of business cases covering the development and implementation of business changes as necessary.
- Provide business process design and documentation expertise, recommending business process and/or system improvements using formal techniques.
- Test, implement, and train in systems, facilitating system and user acceptance testing.
- Develop a broad understanding of Nomad processes, applications, and data flows, and a deeper knowledge across the assigned functions portfolio.
- Evaluate industry and competitor solutions, incorporating them into own thinking, analysis, and solution design.
- Collaborate with other business analysts and IT teams to ensure consistency and quality of system and process implementations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience, covering both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge and successful application of business analysis techniques.
- Working with and delivering changes via 3rd party software providers.
