Business Systems Analyst

Nomad Foods is investing in a Global Sales CRM capability to harmonize, simplify, and increase the maturity of CRM across 14 European markets. As a result, we have a new vacancy in the Technology Business Solutions team for a Business Analyst to deliver and exploit the system.
This role will focus on facilitating business use of the system, supporting continuous improvement, and evaluating vendor roadmap releases. Working with 3rd party software vendors, support partners, and delivery teams, this role will be the Technology Product Owner, enabling common business processes and KPIs/Reporting for in-market users and super-users.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, understand, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans, ensuring compliance with Operating model procedures.
- Assist in producing business cases for development and implementation of business changes, documenting work using required standards, methods, and tools.
- Provide business process design and documentation expertise, recommending improvements and leading their implementation.
- Test, implement, and train in systems, facilitating system and user acceptance testing.
- Develop a broad understanding of Nomad processes, applications, and data flows, and a deeper knowledge across the assigned functions portfolio.
- Evaluate industry and competitor solutions, incorporating them into own thinking, analysis, and solution design.
- Collaborate with other business analysts and IT teams to ensure consistency and quality of system and process implementations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience, covering both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge and successful application of business analysis techniques.
- Working with 3rd party software providers.
