At Sanctuary Group, we are committed to providing exceptional support to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at Caledonia House, Thetford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve developing good relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills, and handling occasional emergency/challenging situations.

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of call for customers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently. You will also be responsible for organizing and running social activities, such as film nights, and ensuring the security of the service is maintained.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to work under challenging circumstances and use IT systems confidently. If you have experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse, this would be an advantage.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, at least 25 days paid holiday, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service (plus public holidays) pro rata, a pension scheme with employer contributions, and a range of learning and development opportunities.
