About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our Payments team at Instapro Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our users
  • Contribute to and maintain our frontend and backend development quality standards and best practices
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using PHP, Symfony, and other relevant technologies
  • Work closely with the Payments team to explore new opportunities and improve our user experience
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure high-quality code, and implement best practices
  • Guide and support junior engineers in their growth and development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience developing web applications with PHP
  • Mastery of software design principles and back-end application architecture
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Nice to have: experience with GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS
