Job Title: Events Manager

Job Summary:

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a newly established restaurant located on one of Hampshire's finest vineyards to find an Events Manager. Our client is an award-winning vineyard renowned for producing exceptional English sparkling wine. The restaurant venue offers a variety of food and drink options, private hire events, and wine experiences for the public.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, totalling 45 hours per week.

* Assist with the planning and execution of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.

* Develop and implement new ideas to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

* Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and promotions that appeal to a wide range of customers.
