Job Description:

A Nurse Leader in Kind Care plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care to Residents living in our care homes. As a seasoned Registered Nurse, you will utilise your expertise to lead by example, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and excellence within our teams.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Leader in Kind Care, you will:

  • Lead and manage nursing teams, promoting a culture of excellence and kindness
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, tailored to the unique needs of each Resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, providing guidance and training
  • Advocate for Residents' rights and dignity, ensuring their voices are heard
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, driving best practices within the organisation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Pin number and commitment to NMC standards
  • Experience working in a nurse-led environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues
