Main Responsibilities

The Senior Hospitality Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at the Williams Racing Experience Centre. This includes acting as the rotational lead on internal and external events, supervising a small team of Hospitality Executives, and welcoming guests to their meeting/event space.

Key Duties
  • Act as the rotational lead on internal and external events for all Williams guests, including STEM programmes, internal meetings, public events, and partner events.
  • Supervise a small team of Hospitality Executives, ensuring they are equipped to deliver best-in-class hospitality services.
  • Assist with event delivery, including staffing levels, rotas, and resourcing for events.
  • Supervise and assist with catering delivery, ensuring high-quality food and beverage services.
  • Set up and pack down rooms for meetings/events, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Assist with the bar facility, including stock taking, ordering, and presentation.
  • Facilitate tours of the Williams Collection, Factory, Wind Tunnel, and DIL, providing a unique and engaging experience for guests.
  • Support the supervision of the Williams Experience Centre Reception on a rotational basis with other hosts.
  • Support with the Williams merchandise shop sales and organisation when required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client meetings/events, ensuring the venue is laid out accordingly.
  • Identify and implement ways to further enhance the guest experience, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage all stock handling, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Ensure good practice is in place with food waste and clearing away throughout meetings/events, maintaining sustainability requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous proven experience within a client-facing role within professional conferencing, catering, or events.
  • Previous experience working at Supervisor level, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with fine dining, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Confident public speaking and liaison skills, with the ability to engage with VVIP guests and partners.
  • Experience in both the planning and execution of intimate and large-scale catering events, from 2 to 200 guests.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Good attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards throughout.
  • Ability to work well within a team, as well as under own initiative, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
