Salary:
The salary for this position is up to £52,900 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase occupancy levels across our services.
- Lead feasibility studies to identify new opportunities for business expansion, ensuring projects align with market needs and commissioner demands.
- Work with operational teams to develop and execute localised business plans aimed at service modernisation and maximising occupancy.
- Oversee major capital and non-capital projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.
- Monitor service occupancy levels and implement targeted promotional plans to optimise capacity and service use.
- Prepare and submit compelling tender responses to secure new business and maintain high occupancy rates.
Business Growth & Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and develop commissioner-led services.
- Take the lead in negotiating new developments, service remodelling, and fee increases.
- Develop detailed business plans for new projects, clearly identifying budgetary requirements, expected returns, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Represent the organisation at relevant events, seminars, and conferences, promoting the services and expanding networking opportunities to drive further growth.
- Use data and CRM systems to identify trends, assess potential growth areas, and strengthen pathways within the organisation.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues, directors, and external partners to ensure smooth communications and alignment across operational areas.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business goals are met and strategies are executed efficiently.
- Establish and maintain systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for decision-making.
