Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and join a highly experienced team of Integrity Management Consultants and Engineers delivering Integrity Management services to client companies across the globe in all industry sectors.

You'll work alongside a principal consultant on all types of project sizes and complexities, with a particular emphasis on improving safety and integrity for clients, following an agile approach to identify new and more efficient ways of working.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years' experience working in a relevant engineering field.

Main Accountabilities - Responsibilities, Tasks & Interactions:

Technical contribution
Performs detailed engineering and technical safety tasks to generate project deliverables cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Contract management
Monitors contract progress against milestones. Identifies variation requests to support contract claims issuing.

Planning and control
Folllows work plans and cost estimates in one's area of responsibility. Ensures quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost.

Risk and opportunity management
Supports risk assessments and implementation of resulting actions in one's area of responsibility. Documents and handles technical risks according to mitigation guidelines.

Customer
Claifies technical queries and progresses actions for customers. Interacts with all customers, other staff and contractors within one's scope of deliverables.

Processes and tools
Uses standard processes, software and tools applicable to one's area of responsibility. Reports process and tool inefficiencies, along with suggesting ideas for improvement.

Requirements - Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Essential

  1. Minimum 2:1 Degree level qualified in a relevant Mechanical Engineering discipline
  2. Clean UK Driving License.
  3. Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate, with a drive to develop and further their career.

Desirable

  1. Engineering and Operating experience working in High Hazard Oil, Gas & Chemicals Industry.
  2. Associate or Chartered member of relevant institution . Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
