Supply Chain Coordinator

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at UCC Coffee. As a key member of our warehouse and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, including despatch planning, stock control, and operational control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring all facets of the operation are running smoothly.
- Work closely with the demand planner to ensure no past due customer orders, reacting quickly to action messages.
- Analyze stockholding to ensure stock value for internal KPIs is maintained.
- Coordinate the sales order process and dispatch of orders, liaising with the warehouse team.
- Provide first-line contact to third-party logistics providers, coordinating the movement and storage of stock, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Advise on shortages and deal with operations issues, such as refusals of delivery, damages, and late arrivals.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and tasks as required.
The Person:
We are looking for a self-starter with supply chain/logistics experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or foodservice. You should be able to motivate, plan, prioritize, and execute methodically, with excellent communication and organization skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders is essential.
