Banking Services Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Relationship Banker to join our team at Midwest BankCentre. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives and contribute to our mission of empowering regional communities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assisting customers with account opening and maintenance, including completion of consumer loan applications and closings
- Promoting digital banking solutions and educating customers on online and mobile banking platforms
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to federal banking regulations
A successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a minimum of two years' experience in bank customer contact or retail sales. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
