As a Tutoring Support Specialist with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in need of academic support.
We are seeking qualified individuals to provide one-on-one tuition to students with challenging behaviour, SEN, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan and deliver engaging core academic sessions, tailored to the pupil's learning level, and assess and track their progress to achieve desired learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver one-on-one tuition sessions to students with varying needs.
- Assess and track pupil progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a rapport with students to establish a positive learning environment.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere to promote student engagement and motivation.
