About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mathematics Specialist Teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. As a Mathematics Specialist Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and stimulating lessons to students of all abilities, from Years 7 to 13.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the school's Mathematics curriculum
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to students of all abilities
  • Work collaboratively with other Mathematics teachers to achieve curriculum goals
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics
  • Previous experience teaching A-level Mathematics in a secondary school setting
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the A-level Mathematics curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
