Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Residential Children's Services team at Headway Adolescent Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential adolescent care service
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained for young people
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
