About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at Latham & Bond HR. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- HR Inquiries and Support: You will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, managing communications through phone and email, and providing timely and accurate responses to employee queries.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: You will administer key processes such as benefits updates, role changes, and exits, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate in both internal and external systems.
- Event and Meeting Coordination: You will organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring seamless execution for the HR team.
- Recruitment Support: You will assist in recruitment activities, including drafting job ads and developing structured interview questions, while ensuring compliance with right-to-work checks and other documentation.
- Project Contribution: You will work on HR projects as required, providing opportunities to broaden your skills and contribute to larger HR initiatives.
- Previous HR Administration Experience: Ideally, you have worked in HR before, but we are open to candidates with transferable skills and a passion for HR.
- Intermediate IT Skills: You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs to stay organized and on track.
- Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and in person, and can easily build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Team Player: You enjoy working as part of a team and are focused on providing the best service to both the HR team and employees.
