About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Case Handler to join our team at Bromford, a leading housing association. As a Complaints Case Handler, you will play a critical role in managing a caseload of complaints, building great relationships with our customers to reach resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Write clear and concise explanations for complaint resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex complaints
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of complaints
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in handling and resolving difficult conversations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
