We are seeking an experienced Event Executive to join our team at Interpersonnel UK Limited. As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of various events and exhibitions, working closely with the Events Director/Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics, ensuring all requirements are met and agreed upon in advance.
  • Manage event entries, sharing information with relevant personnel and delivering on agreed logistics.
  • Ensure attendance at all necessary event days, covering jobs and managing personnel as needed.
  • Liaise with finalists to confirm details and gather images.
  • Write scripts and gain final sign-off from relevant personnel.
  • Liaise with venues and hosts as required.
  • Effectively communicate with companies entering and booking tickets, addressing queries and sending correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Manage guest lists, ensuring table hosts are followed up regularly until the deadline.
  • Ensure all event elements are transported to the venue and set up appropriately.
  • Remind attendees about dietary requirements via regular emails.
  • Liaise with personnel to set out table plans for events.
  • Allocate sponsors, finalists, and attendees accurately and efficiently.
  • Arrange photographers and produce show scripts with details of sponsors, finalists, winners, and collectors.
  • Send trophy artwork to relevant companies, arrange delivery, and check.
  • Ensure guests receive tickets, confirmation, and event details in a timely manner.
  • Assist with event set-up and breakdown.
  • Ensure all materials are ready, collected, and delivered on time.
  • Deal with general phone calls, passing on messages swiftly and accurately.
  • Deal with allocated suppliers.
  • Provide cover when other team members are absent.
  • Handle post on allocated days.
Requirements:
  • Accurate typing skills and knowledge of various PC systems.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to be organized, with organization being key.
  • Event management experience.
  • Effective communication skills across all channels.
