About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Manager to join our team at Young Foundations Ltd. as a Registered Manager of our Residential Home, Amisfield House.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Residential Home, ensuring the efficient delivery of care services in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the assessment of the needs of the children and young people, and develop individualized development plans to ensure the most appropriate service provision.
  • Coordinate and monitor staffing levels to ensure that individual needs are met, and maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and environmental health needs.
  • Work proactively with monitoring bodies to ensure that services are developing beyond set standards.
