Retail Sales Development Manager

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Development Manager to drive sales in Grocery stores through building best-in-class relationships and gaining greater visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio.
As a Retail Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it. You will be confident in using sales data to approach key decision makers to effectively engage and influence.
The ideal candidate will have an ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills are essential, as well as self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 p.a. with the potential to earn a Performance Related Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card. You will also have access to in-house training and support to help you reach your potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales in Grocery stores through building best-in-class relationships
- Using sales data to approach key decision makers
- Identifying new opportunities in store to increase brand presence and optimise sales
- Working autonomously and using your time effectively
Key requirements include:
- An ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
