**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Lead Full Stack Developer** to join our growing development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the growth, development, and maintenance of our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure full-stack solutions using React, Node, and TypeScript
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Senior or Lead Full Stack Developer
  • Extensive experience with React, Node, and TypeScript
  • Experience with tRPC and GraphQL is essential
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch is desirable
  • Experience working in a SaaS technology company
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Full UK Right to Work; no sponsorship options available
