Job Title: Full Stack Developer Lead

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our web and mobile applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our web and mobile applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and implement technical architectures, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Contribute to the development of our technology roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in full stack development, with a strong background in web and mobile application development.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
