Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled End User Computing Technician to provide essential support services to our business, encompassing End User Computer Hardware management and direct technical assistance to end users. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Mac and PC issues
  • Provide remote hands for Matthews Enterprise IT Server Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure Teams
  • Build and configure Mac and PC hardware
  • Roll out software updates
  • Resolve Cherwell tickets for Incidents/Requests supporting the End User environment
  • Support office moves and procurement of End User hardware
  • Escalate issues to relevant teams
  • Participate in EUC Meetings
  • Provide cover for other EUC Staff
  • Provide remote and onsite support to regional Sites

Requirements

  • IT technical service experience with strong Apple Mac and Windows Desktop skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, prioritising, interpersonal, problem-solving & planning skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
