Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our team. This is a Full Time, 37.5 hours per week role with typical working hours Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00, including an on-call rota every 10 weeks. The salary for this position is £26,250 per annum.

This role involves assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring vulnerable asylum seekers have access to support and high standard accommodation. Key responsibilities include completing monthly inspections of properties within an allocated portfolio, managing on-boarding and withdrawal of properties, and responding to customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid UK driving licence and be willing to work in a dynamic environment. Criminal Record Bureau checks are required, and all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office.
