Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Educator to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring, and academic support to our students. Your passion for digital marketing and commitment to excellence will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

About the Role:

  • Teaching and Module Delivery: Plan, develop, and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, tutorials, and workshops for assigned modules, utilizing a range of best-practice teaching methods to support various learning styles.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Design, manage, and assess formative and summative coursework assignments, ensuring flexibility, fairness, transparency, and relevance.
  • Student Support and Guidance: Act as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic matters and supporting their professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality teaching, using innovative approaches to engage students and promote inclusivity.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement effective assessment strategies, ensuring that student work is evaluated fairly and consistently.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., digital marketing, business, or education).
  • Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or industry roles related to digital marketing.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to students.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £42,500 - £47,500 per annum, dependent upon experience.
