Shire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead a small Psychology team in a CQC rated "Good" neurological rehabilitation centre in Northeast Surrey.

The centre provides specialist residential care to individuals with complex physical, sensory, cognitive, and emotional difficulties, as well as rehabilitation care to those on the stroke pathway or neurological rehab pathway.

The successful candidate will hold a caseload and be responsible for neuropsychological assessments, formulation, and intervention for inpatients and community-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small Psychology team
  • Hold a caseload of clients
  • Conduct neuropsychological assessments
  • Develop and implement intervention plans

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Post-qualification experience working with neurological conditions
  • Experience in a rehabilitation setting

Contract Details:

  • Permanent contract
  • Full-time or part-time positions available
  • Salary: £50,900 - £57,300 FTE
