Role Overview
Sterling Cross is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to fill the role of Lead Neuropsychologist. This position will involve leading a team of psychologists and assistants in shaping and implementing supportive therapy programmes for individuals with neurological symptoms and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of psychologists and assistants in developing and implementing therapy programmes
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and provide effective interventions for individuals with ABI, spinal injury, or neurological conditions
- Provide expert advice, consultation, and colleague supervision/training and development to further develop a reflexive and reflective service
- Participate in the charity's cutting-edge research network and contribute to the development of the service and field
Requirements
- Registration with the HCPC as a Clinical Psychologist
- Substantial experience with and expertise in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation
- Professional experience involving team leadership and inter-disciplinary collaboration
