About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team at The Runnymede Trust. In this role, you will lead our policy development and engagement efforts, working closely with our CEO, Director of Operations, and Head of Research.

Main Duties

  • Policymaking: You will develop and implement policies aimed at promoting racial equality in the UK.
  • Coalition Building: You will build and maintain relationships with high-profile stakeholders, including civil society groups and policymakers.
  • Strategy Development: You will collaborate with our CEO, Director of Operations, and Head of Research to develop our political strategy and projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in policy development and coalition building. You must also have a deep understanding of racial equality issues and a proven track record of driving positive change.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £67,500 per annum, plus benefits including pension contributions and flexible working arrangements.
