Role Description

This is a 6 month contract, full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, printer support, and customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Technical Support Specialist will also be responsible for effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for internal and external stakeholders
  • Offer printer support and customer service

  • Collaborate with the team to provide skills and knowledge required for each project
Requirements
  • 5 Years supporting Windows products
  • 3 Years supporting MACs
  • Service Now expose – 2 years
  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Printer Support skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team
  • Experience in the IT industry or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • SC Cleared
