Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and support to consultants, other clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.
  • Manage medications safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
  • Promote a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery, focusing on patient-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital departments, promoting collaborative working practices.
