Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty/Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Leisure Facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Ensure that customers have a fantastic time, every time, by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our facility is clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop your team to be the best version of themselves every day, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
- Commercial Performance: Drive performance across all revenue lines, including parties, leagues, and casual bookings, and implement new business plans to grow revenue.
- Financial Management: Take responsibility for budgets, banking, and stock control, ensuring that our financial performance is strong and stable.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in delivering an amazing customer experience in a fast-paced customer-facing business, including nightclubs, style bars, visitor attractions, and fitness clubs.
- Business Acumen: A head for business and experience in promoting and growing different revenue lines.
- Flexibility: The flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends, as these are busy trade times.
- Driving Licence: Must have a driving licence.
