Job Overview

**Role:** 2nd Line Technical Support Specialist

**Salary:** Up to £30,000 per annum + benefits package

**Location:** Onsite in a secure facility

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to provide 2nd Line support to our client's customers and corporate partners. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will assist in resolving technical issues and providing solutions to IT problems.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in projects that align with our company's goals and objectives, and may take lead in current and future technologies used within the team.

**Security Clearance:** SC Clearance is required for this position, and CBS Butler will sponsor the candidate through the clearance process if necessary.

**Essential Experience:**

  • Windows Servers
  • Active Directory, WINS, and Group Policy
  • Virtualisation - VMWare/HyperV
