Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in planning, preparing and delivering lessons to pupils
  • Assist pupils with their learning, providing individualized support and guidance
  • Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, pupils and parents to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum plans and resources
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary curriculum and ability to deliver lessons to pupils
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
