HLTA Role Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Lydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils on their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils in a Primary school setting.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for pupils.
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience or qualifications in TA roles.
  • Proactive with good initiative and great curriculum knowledge.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the school and pupils.
