As a key member of the Flying Start Health Visitor Team, you will play a vital role in delivering the Flying Start Healthy Child Wales Programme and promoting the health and wellbeing of children and families.
Job Description- You will work closely with the deputy senior and senior nurse to develop innovative ways of working and implement change effectively.
- You will deliver clinically excellent evidence-based child health surveillance, health promotion, and other public health initiatives.
- You will plan, deliver, and evaluate health visiting interventions working with statutory and voluntary agencies.
- You will assist the deputy senior nurse in ensuring the delivery of equitable, high-quality services.
- You will communicate effectively with multi-agency teams, statutory, and voluntary agencies to enhance service delivery.
We provide primary, secondary, and community health and wellbeing services to around 450,000 people. Our staff are proud to be part of our community, with over 80% living within our region.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is £32,234 per annum.
