Educational Needs and Disabilities Support Manager

Join Dunbar Education as our SENDCo and contribute to delivering exceptional SEN provision in Milton Keynes.
About the Opportunity:- Lead the development and implementation of SEN provision, ensuring it meets the needs of students with complex needs.
- Work closely with staff to develop and deliver effective teaching strategies, behaviour management, and differentiation.
- Drive continuous improvement through monitoring and evaluating the impact of SEN provision.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EHCPs.
- Teaching qualification and SENDCo accreditation or willingness to achieve SENDCo qualification.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, preferably in SEN or alternative provision.
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and current best practices.
- A resilient and proactive approach, with a passion for improving outcomes.
- A competitive salary of £57,000 per annum.
