About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at H&M Group. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products and provide fashion advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends.
  • Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for colleagues and customers.
