Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management: Complete and update client care plans, risk assessments, and rehabilitation support worker guides. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, attend meetings, and contribute to emergency strategy discussions.
  2. Staff Supervision: Supervise rehabilitation support workers, identify training needs, and communicate with the compliance team. Conduct quarterly supervisions and monitor performance according to the organisation's disciplinary policy.
  3. Payroll Administration: Check timesheets for accuracy, confirm weekly hours, and assist accounts with payroll amendments, issues, or concerns.
  4. New Referral Management: Take new referrals over the phone, face-to-face, or via email. Complete initial referral forms, update pipelines, and arrange meet & greets/interviews with clients and rehabilitation support workers.
