**Product Development Specialist**

Marks & Spencer Plc is looking for an experienced **Assistant Digital Merchandise Planner** to join our Womenswear Branded Buying & Merchandising team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our future product offerings and driving business growth through effective merchandise planning and execution.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs.

Salary:** £38,000 - £50,000 per annum

You will work closely with our suppliers and brand partners to ensure that our product offerings meet the highest standards of quality, style, and functionality.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in product development and merchandising.
