Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will provide administration and customer-facing support to help us deliver an efficient, professional, and caring veterinary service to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead the reception team and manage the smooth administration of our practice, including the management of our practice management system (PMS).
- Assist with digital and marketing content within the practice, promoting our services and products to our clients.
- Manage the delivery of our health care plans, ensuring seamless administration and resolution of any issues.
- Support the practice team in identifying new ways of working and implementing process improvements to drive the practice forward.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their pets, and the practice team, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in a customer service role, managing a small to large team with a solid business acumen and administrative duties.
- Experience in a veterinary practice is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
