We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Vets for Pets. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and customer-facing support to the practice team
- Manage the reception desk and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
- Assist with the behind-the-scenes organization and management of client service-related tasks
- Develop and implement new and innovative ways to drive the practice forward
- Manage the practice management system (PMS) to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
- Support the practice team in providing exceptional care to our clients and their pets
- Over 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary practice
- Strong business acumen and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a 34-36 hour week, Monday to Friday
- Competitive salary up to £28k depending on experience
