Water Feature Construction Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Feature Construction Manager to lead our water feature construction team. The ideal candidate will have a background in water features design and construction, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work in harsh weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the water feature construction team to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects
* Supervise all construction workers and subcontractors, inspect their work, and provide direction when needed
* Coordinate construction roles and responsibilities with team members
* Post to social media for brand awareness and prospecting
* Measure progress through reviewing performance goals and deadlines to ensure the project runs on schedule
* Adapt to the needs of the team and assist the project manager with other tasks when needed
* Maintain a daily logbook to document all occurrences throughout the construction process

**Qualifications**

* Highly motivated and driven individual with a background in water features design and construction
* Must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions
* Dexterity and physical ability to lift heavy objects and use tools or other construction equipment are required
* Ability to solve problems
* Ability to work in the field and office as required
* Applicant must have a valid driver's license
* Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills
* Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, codes, equipment, material resources, methods, and project management principles

**Compensation**

$75,000
