Commissioning Engineer - Water Treatment

RSE is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of projects for various clients in the water industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing commissioning plans, site commissioning files, methodologies, programmes, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Monitoring standards to ensure specification compliance and quality standards are strictly maintained.
  • Carrying out commissioning of LV Electrical systems, Instrumentation, and Control Systems, including MCCs and associated field equipment.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, line diagrams, and P&IDs to ensure accurate installation and commissioning.
  • Completing SAT and Asset Start-up, as well as commissioning documentation to meet industry standards.
  • Participating in HAZCOMM activities for various projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Electrical/Instrumentation HND/HNC or equivalent.
  • Proven Mechanical & Electrical experience, with full commissioning phase experience (installation, dry, wet, process testing).
  • Previous experience holding SAP or AP position and of PTW systems.
  • Experience in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for clean and wastewater projects on both new build and retrofit sites.
  • Experience in FAT, SAT testing, and fault finding.
  • Experience in telemetry end-to-end testing.
  • Profibus, Installation, and Commissioning Certification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
