About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle EPM Manager to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Oracle EPM practice, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Oracle EPM projects, providing expert guidance and support to clients, and driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Oracle EPM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle EPM solutions, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Oracle EPM implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Oracle EPM product developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle EPM projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM product sets, including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, and EDMCS.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and Oracle EPM product developments.
