Automotive Sales Development Manager

Tps offers a lucrative career opportunity as an Automotive Sales Development Manager in our Manchester North territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development by creating and implementing sales strategies that consistently increase revenues from mechanical customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the ASM and TPS Centre Managers to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets and exceeds targets.
- Achieve annual revenue objectives for key mechanical customers within the designated territory.
- Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within the territory to drive business expansion.
- Develop and implement effective marketing initiatives to support targeted customer sets, promotions, and campaigns.
- Present and report on sales and marketing activity versus performance, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
In this role, you will utilise internal and external market data to gain a deep understanding of potential sales opportunities within the customer base and territory. You will also ensure that you are adequately trained and equipped to effectively communicate the Unique Selling Proposition of the TPS brand, the features and benefits of our product range, and overcome sales objections.
Stakeholder Management- Maintain open communication channels with key stakeholders, including regular updates on sales performance through formal and informal presentations.
- Collaborate with ASM and CMs to contribute to Business Improvement Plans, driving continuous improvement and growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous support that reflects the image and reputation of the TPS business.
